Favourite Wii U Game? Comments

The only ones on the list worth considering are 1,2,3 and 5 starting from the top. The rest are all just poorly ported or crap with the exception of Tekken but that will keep you entertained for a only a day I guarantee.
Certainly no system sellers available yet which is a big shame. Has to be the first Nintendo console I have said this about I think... saying that the Wii was fairly weak with Twilight Princess available for the Gamecube.
A big 3D title was needed imo. Metroid, Zelda, Mario even something with Luigi or Yoshi would have done. Nintendo Land and NSMBU although fun in small doses are hardly must have titles.

Yeah there is no AAA blockbuster available yet. Still there is a wide spread of solid titles. I guess Nintendo will hold back the huge announcements to counter Sony and Microsofts next gen announcements.

Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed is actually better than its counterparts it's also a game where difficulty matters.

I voted Arkham. Unlike ollyebbz complete garbage, Arkham is pretty damn good on it.

Serious question, and I'm not saying it to pick on you but this is the umpteenth place I've seen you talk down the Wii U launch lineup.. Out of all the games you describe as crappy, half-assed or inferior, how many have you bought and/or played at least half of?

I have played all of them bar FIFA 13, Just Dance 4 and TANK!TANK!TANK! and Skylanders Giants. My go on Assassins Creed 3 was brief so i'm kinda going on comparison sites for that one. I wouldn't have posted above if @chucky110 hadn't shown disregard for my opinion.

Hey, we're all entitled to our opinion, I was just wondering whether you were basing yours off experience or review scores. Personally I've loved the AAA games that found their way onto the Wii U, but hey, different strokes for different folks :)

I think there has been waaaaay too much made of the Wii U's "poor" ports. Of the Digital foundry comparisons the Wii U got the nod ahead of both the 360 and Ps3 for 2 games(Trine 2, Ninja Gaiden III). 1 game where the Wii U version was placed ahead of the Ps3 but behind the 360(Mass Effect 3). 3 games where the Wii U version was third but the difference was very minimal(Assassins Creed 3, Black ops2, TTT 2). Leaving just 2 games where the Wii U version is "poor"(Batman, Darksiders 2). Remembering these are quick ports to make launch,the Wii U hardly seems worthy of the criticism it's receiving. IMHO.

Yeh Darksiders gives me a headache if I play for too long. Awesome game, just doesn't seem smooth enough.
