It will pick up soon, after E3 at most

Nintendo has revealed that 3 million Wii U consoles have been sold worldwide between the US launch on November 18 (November 30 in Australia) and the end of December, 2012.
New Super Mario Bros. U has been the most popular game, selling over 2 million copies. Nintendo Land is the only other game to notch this milestone, but it comes included with the Premium Wii U console.
However, it's not enough. Nintendo has slashed its projected sales of 5.5 million consoles sold by March 31 to 4 million.
That means Nintendo only needs to sell 1 million consoles worldwide in the first three months of 2013 to satisfy projections. With the recent release of Sing Party, surely that will be an easy task.
